Subscriber Content License Agreement for TranslatorsLand.com
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This Subscriber Content License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of the subscription content provided by TranslatorsLand.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing, paying for, or accessing the content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
- Upon subscription and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the subscription content for your personal professional purposes as a freelance translator or interpreter.
- This license does not grant you any rights to reproduce, redistribute, sell, share, or otherwise provide the content to any third party.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the subscription content in whole or in part.
- Share your account, login credentials, or content with others.
- Sell, resell, or attempt to monetize the content in any form.
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or collect data from the subscription content.
3. Access Duration
- Subscribers retain access to the content they paid for for up to one year after their subscription expires.
- After the retention period, all access, including login credentials, will be revoked and content will no longer be available.
4. Pre-Payment Notice
Before completing payment, users must acknowledge the following statement via a checkbox:
"I understand that the subscription content from TranslatorsLand.com is for my personal professional use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold under any circumstances."
5. Intellectual Property and Ownership
- All subscription content is the property of TranslatorsLand.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized use, sharing, or redistribution may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
6. Termination of License
- Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription and access to all content.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including prosecution, to the fullest extent of the law in case of unauthorized use or redistribution.
7. Limitation of Liability
- TranslatorsLand.com provides content “as is” and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
- We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use or misuse of the content, including breaches of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
